Hi, I’m Audrey — a birth doula proudly serving Palatka, Florida and the surrounding areas.
My passion for birth has been with me for as long as I can remember, and it only deepened as I began to truly learn about it. Like many people, I grew up hearing mostly frightening and disempowering birth stories. Discovering a different side of birth — one rooted in confidence, trust, and empowerment — completely changed my perspective and ultimately led me to this work.
I believe education is the foundation of an empowered birth. I’m deeply passionate about supporting mothers and their partners through informed decision-making, helping them feel confident, prepared, and respected throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I offer continuous, compassionate support in both home birth and hospital settings.
