Bringing a baby into the world is a profound experience, and having the right support can make all the difference. As a birth doula, my goal is to provide continuous, compassionate, and empowering support for you and your family before, during, and after birth.

What is a Doula?

A doula is a trained professional who offers emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. I do not provide medical care, but I am here to guide, advocate, and comfort you, helping you feel confident and informed throughout your birth journey.

Research shows that having a doula can lead to shorter labors, reduced interventions, increased satisfaction with your birth experience, and a stronger start to bonding with your baby. Simply put, I am here to make sure you feel supported, respected, and empowered every step of the way.

My Birth Doula Services

I offer personalized support designed to meet your unique needs, including:

• 2–3 personalized prenatal visits

  • First appointment: We go over childbirth education, your options and potential interventions, and answer any questions you have about birth.

  • Second appointment: We focus on mindset, breath work, visualization, and other comfort measures to help you feel calm and prepared for labor.

  • Third appointment: A mock labor session where we practice techniques and discuss partner support, ensuring your birth team knows how to help you most effectively.

• Ongoing text and phone support throughout pregnancy, so you always have someone to answer questions or offer guidance

• On-call support beginning at 37 weeks, giving you peace of mind as your due date approaches

• Up to 12 hours of continuous, in-person birth support

  • I bring my doula kit to your birth, including lighting, an essential oil diffuser, speaker for music, birth combs, and other comfort tools to create a supportive and calming environment

• One postpartum visit: Check in on your recovery, process your birth experience, and support your transition into postpartum life

Investment

The cost for my full birth doula services is $1,800. I understand that every family’s situation is different, so if this amount feels out of reach, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am happy to discuss flexible plans and options so that cost does not prevent you from receiving support during your birth.
