My postpartum meal service centers around deeply nourishing soups, thoughtfully prepared to support a mother’s body as it heals, replenishes, and restores after birth. Warm, gentle soups are especially supportive during the first two weeks to the first month postpartum, when digestion is more sensitive and the body is doing important healing work.
All soups are made using homemade bone broths that I prepare myself, slowly simmered to create a rich, mineral-dense base that supports recovery, hydration, and replenishment. In addition to the soups, I also provide bone broth to drink, offering an easy and comforting way to nourish your body throughout the day.
Each soup is made with whole, high-quality ingredients and intentionally crafted to be warming, grounding, and easy to digest. Soups are prepared in generous portions and are designed to feed the family as well as the mother, often lasting multiple meals. Each package also includes thoughtfully paired sides, such as nourishing breads or other complementary foods, along with fermented foods to help restore gut health—especially supportive for mothers who have received antibiotics during labor or postpartum.
